South Auckland Motors has proudly supported the Auckland All Ford Day (AAFD) for over ten years which this year also doubled as a fundraiser for the Kiwi Kids Charity. AAFD has been a part of New Zealand's motoring culture for more than 23 years, and in 2025, it celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Ford pick-up truck.

On May 4, an estimated 600 Ford vehicles rolled into Ardmore Airport from 8 a.m. onwards—an absolutely incredible, pleasant, and unexpected turnout. Organizers ran out of goody bags after 350 entrants, with more vehicles continuing to arrive and ultimately filling four display paddocks.

The impressive range of cars, proudly showcased by their owners, included contemporary Fords like the 2025 Mustang Dark Horse, as well as pre- and post-World War II classics, muscle and sports cars, one-off coach builds, and light commercial vans and pick-ups from England, Australia, and the USA 

South Auckland Motors brought a new Everest Tremor, Ranger Raptor, RTR Mustang and new Transit Custom BEV to the event for guests to peruse. The dealership also powered the public address system using an E-Transit Cargo.

The not-for-profit event is hosted by the GT Falcon Club, Auckland Mustang Owners Club, Ford RS Owners Club, and Ford Anglia 105e Enthusiasts Club for the wider community of Blue Oval enthusiasts. It is run by a supporting committee drawn from the four Auckland Ford Clubs and South Auckland Motors.
