South Auckland Motors gets behind the Cancer Society

South Auckland Motors was proud to get behind the Cancer Society this year, with our team, customers and wider community helping us raise funds through a number of activities in the lead-up to Daffodil Day.

Throughout July, we donated $10 for every test drive taken at South Auckland Motors, giving customers the opportunity to contribute simply by getting behind the wheel. Thanks to a fantastic response, the initiative raised a great amount for the Cancer Society.

The fundraising continued on Daffodil Day, with our team getting involved and selling cupcakes, sweet treats and other goodies throughout the day. It was great to see staff and customers embracing the occasion and helping us add even more to the fundraising total.

We then rounded out the weekend on Sunday at the Auckland Veteran & Vintage Car Club Daffodil Rally for Cancer, held at the Fo Guang Shan Buddhist Temple. South Auckland Motors brought along a selection of vehicles for the event and ran a raffle giving one lucky winner the chance to enjoy a weekend in a Ford Mustang.

The raffle was a huge success and another great opportunity to raise funds while supporting an event that brings the motoring community together for an important cause.

A big thank you to everyone who took a test drive, bought a treat, entered the raffle or simply got behind our fundraising efforts. Every contribution helped, and we’re incredibly grateful for the support.
